Ushio Hinomaru is a short student that has tall ambitions of becoming Hinoshita Kaisan (similar to Yokozuna in sumo). The classic underdog overcoming all obstacles is a storyline we never get tired of and the addition of the sumo element has us cheering Ushio on as he battles for sumo supremecy, despite being too short.
