Shuchiin Academy's top two students Kaguya Shinomiya and Miyuki Shirogane want to be in love and would make the perfect couple, but we all know....Love is War. This is a cool anime that flips romance anime on their head. Miyuki, the student council president, is the top student who aces mock exams. Kaguya, the student council vice president, comes from a wealthy and powerful family. They both scheme of ways to get the other to confess their love to them, with a winner declared at the end of the day by the narrator. This romance anime had its hooks in us from the jump, with both students attempting to outsmart the other. The wild card would be Chika Fujiwara the student council secretary. She thinks they would make a great couple, as do most of the students. and enjoys antagonizing each of them. If you're looking for a comical romance, this is the anime for you.
