Some of the first year students at Totsuki Academy panic when it's announced that instead of taking an exam, they can demonstrate that their cooking skills are in line with the Director Azami's vision.
Food Wars is a fun, slightly ecchi and often comic anime about high school aged chefs in training battling each other and the established authorities to qualify to make their entrance into the competitive culinary world. We've enjoyed the story so far, so we are watching the second course, of course.
